We purchased a new F-150 over the weekend and had a great experience with Tony and the Jim Trenary team. Tony answered all of our questions and was very helpful as we test drove multiple vehicles. He was not pushy or salesy like you typically get at car dealerships. When we came back the second day to test drive the truck we were interested in again, he had it pulled up front and freshly washed. Once we decided to purchase the truck, Tony and the Jim Trenary team worked to give us the best pricing on our trade in and the new truck from the very beginning. There was no going bank and forth with numbers. They made the process very easy. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle and will be back when we are in the market next.
We would love to understand how a scheduled oil change and tire rotation doesn’t happen in a 10 hour period when you have an appointment. This is not the first time we have tried to utilize your services and you didn’t “have time”. What was the point of the appointment? And how is a routine oil change not able to be completed? Horrible service department.
We had an appointment with another sales rep. but he had left for the day. Tony jumped in and helped us, he was very knowledgeable and helped us through the entire process. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. This is the second car I have bought from Jim Trenary Ford. My husband bought his truck from Jim Trenary Chevy. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Tony for making our second experience a smooth transition.
My son in law just bought an F-150 and also a extensive warranty. It was taken in to Cameron in service for some warranty work and Cameron was given a list of items to be looked at. It appears one of the issues was not covered by the warranty and when asked about the other 2 the response was one was taken care of and the other we forgot to look at? It was offered to be pulled back in the shop but another check out charge would be added to the bill. At that time he did not feel comfortable with what was going on and just went to pick the truck up....at his surprise they did charge him the second charge but also told him that they could probably get the warranty company to cover it if he wanted. He decided at this point there was too much confusion and they charged him almost $500 to get his truck out!!!!!! Shame on Jim Trenary for taking advantage of a 22 year old boy!!!!!!
I have now purchased three vans from my salesman. Ed who has been very helpful and knowledgeable. All three transactions have gone very smoothly.
